Rules of Trading Operations
How orders are formed, accepted, priced and settled on the Voexra terminal, and the conduct rules that apply to every real money contract.·Last updated: September 16, 2026
Scope, entity and governing law
These rules govern how orders are formed, accepted, priced and settled on the Voexra trading terminal at voexra.com. They apply to every order placed from your account, whether you place it yourself or a tool places it for you. Voexra LLC is the owner of the voexra.com domain and is the counterparty to every contract opened under these rules.
You accept these rules when you open an account. These rules describe how the platform works, not the current value of every setting; where a figure depends on the market you select, the value in force is the one the terminal shows you at the point of use.
Voexra may change these rules. A change that materially affects your rights takes effect no less than 14 days after Voexra notifies you by email and by a notice on the terminal. Contracts already accepted keep the terms recorded on them.
Eligibility, availability and risk
The website services are not available in a number of countries, including USA, Canada, Hong Kong, EEA countries, Israel and Russia, as well as for persons under 18 years of age. The word including means that list is not exhaustive.
Voexra LLC is the counterparty to every contract you open. Your live wallet balance is an amount Voexra LLC owes you, not money held for you in a separate client account, so you are relying on the company's ability to pay.
What is offered here is fixed-return contracts on Voexra's own quoted books across crypto, forex and metals, with no leverage and no margin. If a contract does not finish in your favour you lose the whole investment. A winning contract returns your investment plus profit of currently 92 percent, so a run of contracts that wins as often as it loses leaves you with less than you started with. The shortest expiry is five seconds.
Accounts and practice funds
Your account holds a live wallet and a demo wallet on Voexra's side, both denominated in US dollars. Only the live wallet can back a real money order.
The practice balance you trade against in the terminal is a separate figure kept in your browser. Practice trading runs entirely in your browser — a practice order is never sent to Voexra and is never recorded on the server. Practice funds are learning credits with no cash value; they are not withdrawable and are not converted into live funds.
The practice balance opens at $10,000. The practice terminal can be used without signing in. Switching to the live account requires a signed-in session with a live wallet that has loaded.
Instruments and quote source
The terminal catalogue identifies the available instruments, their quote sources and trading sessions. Your order is not routed to an exchange: there is no order book or matching engine, and Voexra is the counterparty to every contract you open.
Market-fed instruments use external quotes from the source identified in the catalogue. OTC instruments use prices generated by Voexra's price engine. OTC quotes are not independent exchange prices and need not match another venue's chart tick for tick.
Voexra has a direct financial interest in the outcome of your contracts. Whether an instrument uses external market quotes or generated OTC quotes, Voexra remains the counterparty. No independent third-party verification of contract settlement prices is offered or implied.
Delayed and restricted markets
One market in the catalogue, USD/INR, is published on a five minute public delay. The price you see, the price your order opens at and the price used to settle it are the price the book published five minutes earlier.
USD/INR is published for viewing and for practice trading only. A real money order on USD/INR is refused on any funded customer account. The refusal exists because the book is published on a five minute delay — your location is not the reason, so trying from another connection makes no difference.
Voexra may also place a market under maintenance or mark it closed. While that state is set, an order on that market is refused rather than repriced.
Forming and placing an order
An order consists of four things: the market, a direction of Up or Down, an investment amount and an expiry. Nothing else forms part of the instruction.
Expiry must be at least five seconds and at most four hours. The contract clock starts at the moment your request reaches Voexra, not at the timestamp of the last price frame.
An order is accepted only once Voexra has recorded it, held your investment against the live wallet and returned the accepted contract. What the chart draws at the moment you place the order is a provisional marker — not the opening price of any contract — and it is replaced by the accepted contract or removed if the request fails.
When an order is refused
An order can be refused, and where it is no money moves. It is refused if your available balance does not cover the investment, if the investment falls outside the limits set for that market or your account, or if there is no eligible price for that market.
Order entry can also be paused for the platform as a whole. Voexra can stop admitting new orders so that open contracts settle without adding exposure, and an automatic guard stops new orders whenever the evidence the platform settles from is incomplete. The terminal tells you when live order entry is paused.
Payout, stake limits and what a contract costs
The payout is a single flat rate across the platform: a winning contract returns your investment and credits profit of currently 92 percent of that investment. The same rate applies to every market and to every expiry.
The platform maximum is currently 10,000 US dollars per trade. A market may carry a lower maximum, and Voexra may set a lower limit per trade on an individual account.
Voexra charges no separate spread, commission, ticket fee or financing on a contract. Voexra's revenue is built into the payout: you risk your full investment to win 92 percent of it, and the difference between the amount at risk and the amount paid on a win is what Voexra earns.
Opening and closing prices
Both the opening price and the closing price come from Voexra's own price records. Neither is taken from your browser, so nothing you do on the chart can affect either one.
The closing price is the first archived price after expiry whose sequence number is greater than the sequence of the opening price, observed within five seconds after the expiry time. It is not the last price before expiry, and it is not an average.
Settlement does not run from the live price stream. It runs from an archived record of the price, and where the archive has not yet caught up the contract waits and is retried rather than being settled from a source that could still change.
Determining the result
A contract wins if the closing price is above the opening price on an Up contract, or below the opening price on a Down contract. A win releases your investment back to your available balance and credits profit of 92 percent of the investment.
A loss takes the investment in full.
If the closing price is exactly equal to the opening price, the contract is a draw — your investment is returned in full, the profit is zero and there is no gain to Voexra.
If no eligible closing price exists in the five seconds after expiry, the contract is voided — your investment is returned in full, no profit is paid and Voexra takes no revenue.
Orders you cannot place
A real money contract runs to its expiry. You cannot cancel it, close it early, sell it back or buy it out. There is no stop loss, take profit, trailing stop or other position management instruction.
Pending orders with a price or time trigger, and early close, exist only in the browser practice book — they are simulated locally and never reach Voexra.
If you want to stop trading, ask Voexra through the messenger in the Support workspace to close your account or to suspend it. Contracts already open still settle, and your available balance remains withdrawable.
Automated trading and alerts
The bots workspace lets you design and validate a strategy. No strategy built there places a real money order. There is no live automated execution, no copy trading and no signals service.
You may place orders through a tool of your own, but the conduct rules apply to those orders exactly as they apply to orders you place by hand. You remain responsible for every order placed from your account.
Chart price alerts are stored in your browser only. An alert is not an order, not a subscription and not an instruction to Voexra.
Competitions and leaderboards
Trading races are scheduled competitions ranked on the volume of your settled real money trades inside the race window. Joining takes no stake, entry fee or buy in.
Ranking on trade volume means the leader is the person who has staked the most, not the person who has traded best. Trading more to climb a race increases the amount you can lose. Do not treat a race as a reason to place contracts you would not otherwise place.
A prize is credited to the live wallet of the winning account after the race closes and the result is confirmed. It is withdrawable with no turnover or wagering condition attached to it.
Prohibited trading conduct
You must not trade against a price you know to be wrong, delayed or otherwise not current. You must not place matched, opposing or coordinated orders designed to extract a payout from the platform rather than to take a position.
Where Voexra has reasonable grounds to conclude that orders were placed in breach of this section, it may suspend the affected results while it reviews them, and may then void them and reverse the profit credited by them. Voexra will notify you in writing of the specific contracts affected and you may respond before it decides.
Only profit credited by the affected contracts may be reversed — your own deposited funds and the investment amounts you staked are not forfeited and remain withdrawable.
Corrections of manifest error
A manifest error is a price, payout or result that is plainly wrong: a quote produced by a fault, a price level that has moved away from any credible reference, a payout that does not match the rate in force, or a settlement produced from incomplete evidence.
Voexra may correct such an error and may void a contract affected by it. Voexra will tell you which contracts are affected and why. No account measure under this section is applied for a fault that was Voexra's own.
Records, disputes and interruption
Your trade record shows the entry price, the closing price and both timestamps. If you believe a trade settled wrongly, raise it through the Voexra Messenger in the Support workspace. Voexra will review the recorded price behind the settlement and give you a written answer.
Where the price evidence behind a settlement has been lost, Voexra's policy is to resolve the contract in your favour: the contract is settled as a win, or voided with your investment returned in full. A recovery is not used to record a loss.
Voexra publishes no uptime commitment, no latency commitment and no service level of any kind.
