Service Agreement
The contract between Voexra and you covering your account, the trading terminal, fixed-time contracts, wallets and payments.·Last updated: September 16, 2026
Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Voexra LLC and you, the person who holds or uses a Voexra account. Voexra LLC operates the trading site at voexra.com and the partner site at affiliate.voexra.com. In this agreement, Voexra means Voexra LLC acting under that brand.
Full company details, registration number, and jurisdiction are published in the Company and Jurisdiction document.
Accepting and changing this agreement
You accept this agreement when you tick the box confirming that you are 18 or older and accept the Service Agreement while creating an account, and it continues to apply for as long as the account exists. Creating an account also requires you to declare that you are not a citizen or resident of the United States for tax purposes.
If you use the practice terminal without creating an account, only the sections on what the service provides, practice money, conduct that is not allowed, what belongs to Voexra, and liability apply. The rest applies once you create an account.
Voexra may change this agreement. A change that materially affects your rights takes effect no less than 14 days after Voexra notifies you by email and by a notice in the account. A change required by law or needed to deal with a security or fraud risk can take effect sooner.
Changes are not retroactive — they do not affect a contract already placed or a withdrawal already requested. If you do not accept a change, withdraw any remaining available balance and stop using the service before the change takes effect.
Who may use Voexra
You must be at least 18 years old and must act for yourself and not for anyone else. The country you select when you register is recorded with your account.
Voexra is not available in every country. The website services are not available in a number of countries, including the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, EEA countries, Israel, and Russia, as well as for persons under 18. The word including means that list is not exhaustive.
The registration form does not offer the United States, and you must declare that you are not a citizen or resident of the United States for tax purposes. A country blocklist is also enforced at registration and at sign-in — being able to complete registration does not mean the service is open to you.
It is your responsibility to check whether you are permitted to use Voexra under the law of your country of residence before you register, deposit or trade.
If your country was recorded wrongly, or if you have moved, contact support. Support will confirm that you own the account, may ask for evidence of where you live, and will then correct it.
What you can lose
The product offered on voexra.com is a fixed-time contract on a platform-quoted market. A fixed-time contract puts the whole amount you place on it at risk.
If the market is not on the side you chose at expiry, you lose the full stake. If it is, you receive the stake back plus the published payout percentage shown in the ticket before you confirm. A contract that closes at exactly its entry price returns the stake. Because the payout on a win is smaller than the stake you lose on a loss, the arithmetic of the product favours Voexra over many contracts.
Do not put in more than you can afford to lose, and do not trade until you understand how the product works. Past results tell you nothing about future outcomes. Voexra does not check whether a contract is suitable for you — decide that for yourself and take independent advice if you want it.
Opening an account
An account is opened with an email address, a password, and the country you select, along with the two declarations required at registration.
One person may hold one account, and one email address can hold one account. Opening or using more than one account, opening an account in someone else's name, or letting another person use your account, is a breach of this agreement.
The information you give must be true and must be kept up to date. If you later submit personal details or an identity document for verification, they must be your own, current and unaltered.
How Voexra collects, uses, stores and shares the personal information you provide is set out in the Privacy Policy published on voexra.com.
Your account security
You are responsible for keeping your password and any authenticator credentials under your own control.
Activity carried out through a signed-in session on your account is treated as done by you, unless it happened after you told Voexra the account was compromised, or it resulted from a failure of Voexra's own systems. Tell Voexra through Support as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
You can see your signed-in devices and revoke any of them from Account Security settings.
Important: Voexra staff do not ask for your password, an authenticator code, a wallet private key or a seed phrase. Do not give them to anyone claiming to be support, and use only support opened from voexra.com.
What the service provides
Voexra provides a browser terminal for fixed-time up or down contracts, with real-time charts and market data. Around it sit the Markets screen, the Leaderboard, the Cashier, and the Support workspace. Features can be added, changed, limited or switched off, and some are available only on some accounts.
No market, feature, instrument or payment method is promised to stay available. Order entry can be paused, and when it is paused the terminal says so instead of accepting an order.
Charts, payout figures, leaderboards and examples are tools, not advice or forecasts. Voexra gives no investment, legal or tax advice and makes no personal recommendation.
Practice money has no cash value
The $10,000 practice balance you receive on registration is a learning credit with no cash value. Practice funds can never be withdrawn, transferred into the live wallet or converted into money.
A practice order is never recorded on the server as a trade and cannot be reviewed or disputed as one. The practice and live balances are separate and do not interact.
Voexra is your counterparty
Every market on the platform is a broker-quoted over-the-counter book that Voexra publishes and prices itself — an order is not routed to an exchange and there is no separate venue or third-party counterparty. When you place a contract, Voexra is the counterparty to it, so your gain is Voexra's loss and your loss is Voexra's gain. The Risk Disclosure explains what that conflict of interest means for you.
A contract that closes at exactly its entry price returns your stake; a contract with no eligible closing price is voided and the stake is returned; and once a live contract is accepted it cannot be cancelled, closed early, sold back or amended.
Money in and out
Your live wallet is held in US dollars. A deposit reaches your wallet only when Voexra receives confirmation from the payment provider, not when you open the checkout. Methods, limits and rates are shown in the Cashier and set out in the Payment Policy.
Your live wallet balance is an amount Voexra LLC owes you. It is not money held in a separate client account, so you are relying on the company's ability to pay.
A withdrawal is a request rather than an instant payment. The amount is reserved from your available balance while an operator reviews it. You can cancel your own request while it is still awaiting review, and if it is refused the reserved amount returns to your balance. A request is refused or held only for a stated reason — if you disagree, use the complaints route in this agreement.
Only the available part of your balance can be staked or withdrawn. An amount reserved against an open contract or pending withdrawal cannot be accessed until it is released.
A bonus is optional and is added only if you accept a published offer at checkout. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn or staked until the turnover requirement is met, and an unmet bonus is removed when the offer period ends. Your own deposited money is not affected and stays withdrawable.
Conduct that is not allowed
You must not try to profit from a fault in pricing, publication or settlement rather than from the market decision itself. This includes placing a contract on a quote you know or suspect to be stale or wrong, and any attempt to manipulate or predict the published price stream.
You must not hold or use more than one account, use another person's account or payment instrument, let anyone else use yours, or act through another person to get around a restriction placed on your account or country.
You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, money that is not lawfully yours, or any other unlawful purpose. You must not scrape or harvest prices or data.
Breaking this section is a breach of this agreement. Voexra may refuse the affected activity, restrict the account or close it. Where a contract result or a credit arose directly from the breach, Voexra may reverse that specific amount. Voexra will tell you in writing which activity and amounts are affected and why, and will not take or withhold your own deposited funds or any balance unconnected to the breach.
Suspension, restriction and closure
Voexra may restrict or suspend an account, refuse an order or payment, or hold a withdrawal where there are grounds to believe this agreement has been broken, that information given is false, that there is fraud or money laundering, or that the account is being used from a country where the services are not available.
A suspension is applied for a stated period. You can ask for the reason and end date through the Support workspace by providing your trader ID and account email. You can challenge a suspension or restriction through the complaints route in this agreement.
If Voexra closes your account, it will stop new trading, settle or void open contracts, and let you request a withdrawal of the remaining available balance, subject only to identity and destination checks. A bonus that has not been released is removed. Your own deposited money and credited profit are not taken.
You can ask to close your account through the Support workspace. Withdraw any remaining available balance first, because a payout is not made to a closed account.
What belongs to Voexra
The platform, its software, interfaces, market data, charts, text, images, and the Voexra name and logo belong to Voexra LLC or to its suppliers.
While your account is open and you are keeping to this agreement, you may use the platform for your own trading. That right is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
You may not copy, republish, sell, licence, frame or redistribute any part of the platform or its data, use the Voexra name or branding without written permission, or present the platform, its prices or its results as your own.
Liability and events outside control
The platform is provided as it is. Voexra does not promise uninterrupted access or an error-free service. That does not apply to the prices used to settle your contracts — where Voexra's records show a contract was settled on an erroneous or mis-published price, the entry is corrected under the complaints route in this agreement.
Voexra is not liable for a loss that follows from a market decision going against you, from a market moving, from a device, network, browser, bank, blockchain, payment provider or market data source failing, or from access being interrupted. Voexra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or expected gain.
Voexra is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control, including a payment provider or banking failure, blockchain congestion, a hosting failure, government or regulatory action, natural events, war or civil disturbance.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits Voexra's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful default or deliberate breach, for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Support and complaints
Support is the Voexra messenger in the Support workspace. It opens whether or not you are signed in, so it stays available if your account is restricted, suspended or closed. Give your trader ID, your account email and the reference of the deposit, withdrawal or trade concerned when you write.
To complain, send the complaint through the same messenger with that information and a description of what you did, what you expected and what the interface showed.
You can also contact Voexra at [email protected].
Voexra acknowledges a complaint through the same channel, tells you when to expect an answer, and gives a reasoned written answer. Where Voexra's records show a contract was settled on an erroneous price, or a payment or balance entry was applied in error, Voexra will correct the entry and adjust your balance accordingly.
Governing law, language and the whole agreement
This agreement is governed by applicable law, and disputes arising out of it or out of your use of the service are subject to the jurisdiction stated in the Company and Jurisdiction document. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory law of your country of residence.
Voexra asks that you raise any matter through support first, but that is not a condition of bringing a claim.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of it continues to apply.
This agreement is written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience only — if a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
This agreement, together with the Rules of Trading Operations and the Payment Policy, is the whole agreement between you and Voexra LLC about your account. The Privacy Policy governs personal data on its own terms and is not part of this agreement.
